- sugar - 2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 6 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- grated onion - 2 tsp
- grated uncooked squash - 2 c
How to make squash patties:
Combine squash, onion, pepper, sugar and salt in medium bowl. Cover and let stand 20 minutes. Drain thoroughly; add flour and eggs. Stir well. Melt margarine in large skillet over medium heat.
