Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- plus 1 Tbsp - 1/2 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- pepper - 1 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 c
- chopped yellow squash - 2 c
- hot vegetable oil - 1 item
How to make squash croquettes:
Combine first five ingredients, mixing well. Stir in flour. Drop by tablespoonfuls in hot oil. Cook until brown, turning once; drain.Recipe categories: Squash, Low fat, Vegetables.
