Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1 item
- egg - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- onion - 1 item
- cooked squash - 2 c
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing - 1 pkg
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash and onion until tender. Drain. Add egg, soup, cheese and mayonnaise to squash and onion. In another bowl, melt margarine, add stuffing and mix well. Take casserole dish, put 1 layer stuffing mix and then put 1 layer squash mix. Keep layering until all mixes are gone.
