Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- stick oleo, melted - 1/2 item
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- sliced onion - 1/2 c
- sliced yellow squash - 2 c
- uncooked Minute rice - 1 c
- 1/2 cans water - 1 item
How to make squash casserole:
Spread uncooked rice in flat baking dish. Pour melted oleo over rice. Next, spread squash and onion slices. Mix soup and water well; pour over all. Bake at 325° until tender. Sprinkle 1 cup toasted croutons on top after done.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
