Squash casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- stick oleo - 1 item
- small onion, sliced - 1 item
- medium squash - 3 item
- Stove Top dressing mix - 1 pkg
How to make squash casserole:
Melt 1 stick of oleo and mix with the package of dressing mix until crumbly. Cook squash and onion in small amount of salted water 5 minutes. Drain liquid. Add cream of chicken soup and 1 cup sour cream to squash. Mix well. Place half of dressing in bottom of 9 x 13 x 2-inch dish, then add squash mixture. Cover top with remaining dressing mixture and bake at 300° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
