Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- carrot, grated - 1 item
- Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing crumbs - 1 item
- raw yellow squash, chopped or sliced - 2 c
How to make squash casserole:
Butter casserole dish and sprinkle layer of crumbs in dish. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour in dish. Sprinkle remainder of crumbs on top of squash mixture. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
