Squash casserole
Ingredients/Components
- chopped onions - 2 item
- salt to taste - 1 item
- box Stove Top dressing - 1 item
- can cream of celery or mushroom soup - 1 item
- or 5 medium yellow squash, sliced - 4 item
How to make squash casserole:
Boil squash and onions until tender. Add salt to taste. Drain.Mix dressing as directed on box. Layer squash and dressing in casserole dish until filled. Pour soup over top and bake in 250° to 275° oven until brown on top. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
