Ingredients/Components
- squash yellow or zucchini - 2 lb
- onion, sliced - 1 item
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- cracker crumbs - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash and onion in small amount of water. Drain and mash. Fold in butter, eggs, soup, salt and pepper. Place in buttered casserole dish and top with cracker crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
