Ingredients/Components
- summer squash zucchini is great also - 2 lb
- sour cream - 1 small
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
- medium carrot, grated - 1 item
- medium onion, grated - 1 item
- butter, melted - 1/2 c
- pimento, chopped optional - 2 tsp
How to make squash casserole:
Slice squash and cook until tender. Drain well and combine with sour cream, chicken soup, carrot, onion and 1/2 of stuffing mix. Mix remaining half with butter for topping. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
