Squash casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- cheese - 1/2 c
- bell pepper, diced - 1/2 item
- medium size onion - 1 item
- to 3 medium size squash any variety or mix - 2 item
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash, pepper and onion; drain. Mash. Mix with egg, milk and seasoning. Put into greased casserole. Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes, then sprinkle top with cheese and bake for 10 to 15 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
