Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 item
- pepper - 1 item
- grated cheese - 1 lb
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- onion, diced - 1 item
- green pepper, diced - 1 item
- tomato, diced - 1 item
- medium squash, sliced - 4 item
How to make squash casserole:
Cook ground beef in a large skillet; drain off excess fat. In bowl, combine ground beef, green pepper, onion, tomato, salt and pepper; mix well. Place this in the bottom of a casserole dish. Add squash and 1/2 of cheese. Pour cream of mushroom soup over squash. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake until squash is done.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
