Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- grated carrot - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- Pepperidge Farm herb dressing mix - 1 pkg
- salt, pepper and butter to taste - 1 item
- cooked yellow squash, mashed and drained 5 to 6 small - 2 c
How to make squash casserole:
Mix together all of the ingredients, except butter and dressing mix. Put 1/2 bag of dressing mix in bottom of buttered 2-quart casserole, then add the squash mixture. Top with rest of dressing mix. Dot with butter. Bake a 350° for 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
