Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 pt
- grated carrots - 3 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- grated onion - 1 item
- Topping:1 stick melted margarine
- cooked squash, zucchini or yellow summer squash
- bag Pepperidge Farm shredded stuffing mix - 1/2 item
How to make squash casserole:
Topping:1 stick melted margarine1/2 bag Pepperidge Farm shredded stuffing mix Mix first 6 ingredients together. Mix margarine with dressing and a little water. Put half of stuffing mix in bottom of large casserole dish, then all of squash mixture. Top with rest of stuffing mix. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
