Squash casserole
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 c
- grated cheese - 1 c
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
- stick margarine, melted - 3/4 item
- cooked squash, drained and mashed - 3 c
- herb stuffing - 1 1
- whole or evaporated milk - 1 c
How to make squash casserole:
Mix all ingredients. Pour into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle top with additional 1 1/2 cups herb stuffing. Bake for 40 minutes at 375°. Serves 10.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
