Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 3/4 c
- evaporated milk - 1 c
- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 c
- grated cheese - 1 c
- cracker crumbs - 2 c
- cooked, mashed squash - 2 c
How to make squash casserole:
Place in buttered dish and bake 30 minutes at 375°. Dot with butter.Cooked Squash: Wash yellow squash and place in pot with small amount of water and cook until soft.
