Ingredients/Components
- butter - 2 4
- eggs, well beaten - 3 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- cracker crumbs - 1/2 c
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- cream of mushroom soup - 1 c
- cooked squash, drained - 2 c
How to make squash casserole:
Mix eggs, squash, onion, soup, cheese, salt, pepper and butter; put in a 2-quart greased casserole dish. Sprinkle 1/2 cup cracker crumbs on top. Bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour, or until firm. Makes 6 to 8 servings.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
