Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 pt
- stick butter, melted - 1/2 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- small onion - 1 item
- medium carrots, grated - 4 item
- Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing - 1 pkg
- squash, seasoned and cooked
How to make squash casserole:
Mix all ingredients, saving out 1/2 package of stuffing mix and the butter. Place in greased casserole. Mix butter and other 1/2 package of stuffing mix. Top the casserole with this mixture. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
