Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 2 item
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • evaporated milk - 1 c
  • stick butter - 3/4 item
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • cracker crumbs - 2 c
  • onion - 1/2 c
  • cheese, shredded - 1 c
  • squash - 2 c

How to make squash casserole:

Boil squash and onion until tender; then drain and mash cooked squash. Add other ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased 1-quart casserole dish and bake at 375° for about 40 minutes. Yields 6 servings.
