Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- evaporated milk - 1 c
- stick butter - 3/4 item
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- cracker crumbs - 2 c
- onion - 1/2 c
- cheese, shredded - 1 c
- squash - 2 c
How to make squash casserole:
Boil squash and onion until tender; then drain and mash cooked squash. Add other ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased 1-quart casserole dish and bake at 375° for about 40 minutes. Yields 6 servings.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
