- butter - 4 Tbsp
- vegetable oil - 1 item
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste - 1 item
- large diced squash yellow squash and zucchini - 6 c
- crushed butter crackers Ritz - 1 c
How to make squash casserole:
Saut?© the squash in a little vegetable oil over medium heat until it has completely broken down, about 15 to 20 minutes. Line a colander with a clean tea towel.
