Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- squash - 2 lb
- c - 8 oz
- Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing - 2 pkg
How to make squash casserole:
Chop squash and cook in salted water until tender. Add soup, onion and sour cream. Melt butter in pan and stir in stuffing mix. Place a layer of the buttered stuffing mix in a casserole dish.
