Ingredients/Components
- to 4 cooked squash - 3 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- can undiluted mushroom soup - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- grated cheese - 1 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- Ritz cracker crumbs - 1 c
How to make squash casserole:
Mix cooked squash, soup, onion, cheese, beaten eggs and cracker crumbs. Pour into a casserole dish. Top with additional crushed cracker crumbs and dot thoroughly with oleo. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until golden brown.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
