Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 pt
- medium onions - 3 item
- medium carrots - 3 item
- stick melted margarine - 1 item
- can chicken soup - 1 item
- medium squash - 6 item
- Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing 16 oz - 1/2 pkg
How to make squash casserole:
Cut up squash, onions and carrots and cook until tender. Then add chicken soup and sour cream. Add margarine. Add herb stuffing. Mix well. Place in baking dish. Cover top with more crumbs and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes at 450°. Makes two casseroles. Freeze one for later, before baking.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
