Squash casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- egg - 1 item
- grated cheese - 1 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- stick oleo - 1/2 item
- large onion - 1 item
- yellow squash - 2 lb
- crushed crackers - 1 c
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash and onion until tender. Drain. Remove from heat. Add salt, pepper and oleo; mix. Add cracker crumbs, milk, egg and 1/2 the cheese. Mix. Pour into greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
