Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- dry bread crumbs - 1 c
- buttered bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- cooked, drained squash - 2 c
How to make squash casserole:
Add to squash the egg, milk, melted butter, onion, sugar and dry crumbs. Put thin layer in a greased quart size baking dish. Top with buttered crumbs. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
