Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 pt
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- stick oleo - 1 item
- medium onions, chopped fine - 2 item
- Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing, crushed - 1 pkg
- can water chestnuts, sliced thin - 1 item
- yellow squash, cooked, seasoned and mashed - 1 to
- jar pimentos, cut fine - 1 item
How to make squash casserole:
Melt oleo. Pour over stuffing mix and stir. Line a 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish with 1/2 the crumbs. Save rest for top. Mix all other ingredients; pour over stuffing mix. Sprinkle rest of crumbs over top. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. May be made in 2 smaller size casseroles. Freeze one.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
