Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- margarine - 3 tsp
- grated cheese
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- onion, grated - 1 tsp
- scalded milk - 1 c
- stick margarine, melted and cooled - 3/4 item
- squash, cooked and mashed - 2 c
- Ritz crackers, mashed - 20 item
How to make squash casserole:
Crust:1/4 c. grated cheese20 Ritz crackers, mashed3/4 stick margarine, melted and cooled Mix ingredients and pour into 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole dish that has been buttered.Crust: Mix crust ingredients and sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
