Squash casserole
Ingredients/Components
- margarine or butter - 2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- medium onion - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- or 5 medium sized yellow squash - 4 item
- Stove Top cornbread stuffing mix
How to make squash casserole:
Cut squash and onion into desired size pieces, then cook together until tender. Place half of stuffing mix in bottom of casserole dish, greased with butter. Add soup to mixture and pour in mixture and remaining stuffing mix on top. Dot with butter. Bake 30 minutes in a 350° oven.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
