Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- chopped onion - 1 c
- grated cheese - 1 c
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- stick margarine, melted - 3/4 item
- cooked squash, drained and mashed - 3 c
- milk or sour cream - 1 c
- herb stuffing
How to make squash casserole:
Mix squash, pepper, onion, margarine, eggs, salt, milk, cheese and 1 cup herb stuffing. Sprinkle top with additional 1/2 cup herb stuffing. Bake 40 minutes at 375°. Serves 10.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
