Squash casserole



Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- stick butter - 1/4 lb
- onion, sliced - 1/4 c
- can chicken soup - 1 item
- prepared squash - 2 lb
- shredded carrots add uncooked to vegetables - 1 c
How to make squash casserole:
Boil squash covered in water for 5 minutes. Mix onion, sour cream, chicken soup and shredded carrots to squash.In another bowl, mix melted butter to stuffing. Spread mixture into 13 x 9 x 2-inch casserole. Reserve enough to cover top. Spoon in the vegetables. Cover with reserved stuffing. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
