Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 1 oz
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • stick butter - 1/4 lb
  • onion, sliced - 1/4 c
  • can chicken soup - 1 item
  • prepared squash - 2 lb
  • shredded carrots add uncooked to vegetables - 1 c

How to make squash casserole:

Boil squash covered in water for 5 minutes. Mix onion, sour cream, chicken soup and shredded carrots to squash.

In another bowl, mix melted butter to stuffing. Spread mixture into 13 x 9 x 2-inch casserole. Reserve enough to cover top. Spoon in the vegetables. Cover with reserved stuffing. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
