Squash casserole



Ingredients/Components
- evaporated milk - 1/2 c
- egg - 1 item
- margarine - 3 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- cracker crumbs - 3/4 c
- grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- squash yellow - 2 lb
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash and onion together until tender. Drain well. Add cracker crumbs, margarine and 1 cup of cheese. Beat egg with milk; add to mixture. Pour into buttered casserole and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 425° for 30 to 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
