Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- cracker crumbs - 1/2 c
- shredded cheese - 1/3 c
- squash - 2 c
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash. Mix in egg and onion. Place in baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with buttered cracker crumbs. Bake at 375° for 10 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
