Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- stick margarine - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- small onion, minced - 1 item
- yellow squash - 2 lb
- small carrot, grated - 1 item
- sour cream plus 1/2 c - 1/2 pt
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash, onion and carrots; then drain. Combine soup and milk mixture with sour cream. Fold in drained squash, onion and carrots. Combine stuffing mix and melted margarine. Spread 1/2 of stuffing mixture in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish; then spoon squash mixture over this. Sprinkle remaining stuffing mixture over this.
