Ingredients/Components
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- cup butter - 3/4 item
- cup onion, chopped - 1/2 item
- Velveeta cheese, sliced - 1 item
- - 12 small squash, sliced - 10 item
- 1/2 cup crackers, crushed - 1 item
How to make squash casserole:
Boil squash and onion in water until tender. Drain well. Add butter, soup, and crackers. Pour into casserole dish. Top with Velveeta slices. Bake at 350° until bubbly.Yield: 10 - 12 servings.
