  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • cup butter - 3/4 item
  • cup onion, chopped - 1/2 item
  • Velveeta cheese, sliced - 1 item
  • - 12 small squash, sliced - 10 item
  • 1/2 cup crackers, crushed - 1 item

How to make squash casserole:

Boil squash and onion in water until tender. Drain well. Add butter, soup, and crackers. Pour into casserole dish. Top with Velveeta slices. Bake at 350° until bubbly.

Yield: 10 - 12 servings.
