Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 8 oz
- cream of chicken soup - 1 c
- stalks celery, chopped - 2 item
- 1/2 sticks margarine - 1 item
- small onions, chopped - 2 item
- yellow squash
- small carrot, grated - 1 item
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash; drain well and mash. Combine all ingredients except 1/2 stick of margarine and 1/2 package of stuffing mix. Place all ingredients mixture in 2 1/2-quart casserole dish. Melt the 1/2 stick margarine and toss with stuffing mix. Spread over top of casserole. Bake, uncovered, for 35 to 40 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
