Squash casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- butter, melted - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 c
- Worcestershire - 1 tsp
- dash of Tabasco - 1 item
- slices bacon, crumbled - 4 item
- medium yellow squash, sliced - 8 item
- shredded Cheddar - 1 c
How to make squash casserole:
Cook squash and onion 5 to 7 minutes in small amount of water. Drain and coarsely mash. Mix in other ingredients and pour into greased 2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
