Squash and sausage casserole
Ingredients/Components
- evaporated milk - 1 c
- egg - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 10 oz
- pork sausage - 1 lb
- yellow squash - 1 lb
- crushed crackers - 1 c
How to make squash and sausage casserole:
Cook and slice squash; drain. Mix sausage, beaten egg, crackers, evaporated milk and 8 ounces of the cheese. Mix and pour into 2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle rest of the cheese on top of casserole. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Vegetables.
