Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 2 tsp
- flour - 4 c
- shortening - 1/2 c
- mashed potatoes - 1 c
- scalded milk - 3/4 c
- yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c - 1 pkg
- Place in greased bowl and cover with damp cloth to rise
How to make spud nuts:
Mix together and knead until smooth. Place in greased bowl and cover with damp cloth to rise. Roll dough out on lightly floured surface to 1/2-inch thickness.
