Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2/3 c
  • vanilla - 1 item
  • flour
  • egg yolks - 3 item
  • pound butter - 1/2 item

How to make spritz:

Cream together butter and sugar. Add 3 egg yolks and vanilla, mixing well. Stir in flour until well blended. Force dough through cookie press onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake preheated oven 400° for 8 minutes. Don't overbake. Watch carefully.
