Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- vinegar - 1/3 c
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- honey - 1 Tbsp
- diced pimento - 1/3 c
- Dijon mustard - 2 Tbsp
- frozen peas - 1 c
- basil - 2 tsp
- chopped parsley - 1/2 c
- chopped green onion - 1/3 c
- sliced celery - 1 c
- clove garlic, crushed - 1 item
- pineapple juice - 2 Tbsp
- can pineapple chunks, drained - 1 item
- cooked corkscrew pasta - 4 c
- asparagus, chopped - 2 c
How to make spring pasta salad:
Mix juices, garlic, vinegar, honey, mustard, basil and salt. Combine with all other ingredients. Chill 1 hour. Stir well. Chill until serving time.Recipe categories: Salads, Pasta, Green/yellow beans.
