Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 2 Tbsp
- chicken broth - 2 c
- cloves garlic - 2 item
- fresh basil - 1/2 c
- Ricotta cheese - 3/4 c
- asparagus - 1 lb
- red onion - 3/4 c
- yellow pepper - 1/2 c
- uncooked angel hair pasta - 8 oz
- sliced chicken - 1/2 c
- chopped dried tomatoes no oil - 8 item
How to make spring chicken pasta:
Boil 2 cups chicken broth with 1 1/2 cups sliced chicken. Add vegetables and cook until tender. Cook pasta and toss vegetables and chicken with cheeses. Toss all together. Serves 4 to 6.Recipe categories: Pasta, Main dish, Spaghetti.
