Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- shortening - 3/4 c
- self-rising flour - 4 c
- dry yeast - 1 pkg
- lukewarm water - 2 c
How to make spoon rolls:
Mix well in large bowl. Cover and put in refrigerator. Spoon batter into greased muffin tin and bake at 400° for 15 minutes. Makes about 3 dozen.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Breads, Yeast breads.
