Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- self-rising flour - 4 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- dry yeast - 1 pkg
- lukewarm water - 2 c
- 1/2 sticks butter, melted - 1 item
How to make spoon rolls:
Dissolve yeast in water. Mix together butter, sugar and egg. Stir in yeast mixture. Add flour and mix well. Bake in greased muffin tins for about 20 minutes in a 425° oven.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Breads, Yeast breads.
