Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- egg - 1 item
- self-rising flour - 4 c
- warm water - 2 c
- dry yeast - 1 pkg
How to make spoon rolls:
Dissolve yeast in warm water, using a spoon. Mix remaining ingredients together. You can make up batter ahead of time and then bake. Grease muffin pan and fill about half full. Bake at 425° for around 20 minutes.Note: Mixture will be soupy and will not need to rise.
