Spinach tortellini soup
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- oil - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- freshly grated Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- medium chopped onion - 1 item
- stalk celery, chopped - 1 item
- chopped garlic - 1/2 tsp
- can navy beans, rinsed and drained - 1 oz
- cans low salt chicken broth - 3 item
- dash of fresh basil - 1 item
How to make spinach tortellini soup:
Saute oil, garlic, onion, celery and basil for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in broth and beans. Cook 9 to 12 minutes. Stir in tortellini. Continue cooking until tender. Garnish with fresh Parmesan cheese.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Pasta, Ravioli/tortellini.
