Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 tsp
  • ground nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1 tsp
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 3 oz
  • olive oil - 2 tsp
  • ground sage - 1 tsp
  • minced garlic - 2 tsp
  • Ricotta cheese - 1 lb
  • large onion, chopped - 1 item
  • Italian bread crumbs - 8 oz
  • chopped raisins - 3 oz
  • Egg Beaters - 3 or
  • boxes frozen, chopped spinach - 2 item

How to make spinach torte:

Mix all together. Pour into lightly greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Cool 5 to 10 minutes before serving.

Optional: Save some grated cheese and bread crumbs and sprinkle on top.
