Spinach torte
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- ground nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 3 oz
- olive oil - 2 tsp
- ground sage - 1 tsp
- minced garlic - 2 tsp
- Ricotta cheese - 1 lb
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- Italian bread crumbs - 8 oz
- chopped raisins - 3 oz
- Egg Beaters - 3 or
- boxes frozen, chopped spinach - 2 item
How to make spinach torte:
Mix all together. Pour into lightly greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Cool 5 to 10 minutes before serving.Optional: Save some grated cheese and bread crumbs and sprinkle on top.
