  • salt - 1 tsp
  • butter - 1 tsp
  • oil - 1 c
  • pecan halves - 1/2 c
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • raspberry vinegar - 1/3 c
  • poppy seeds
  • Add poppy seeds
  • pint fresh strawberries - 1 item

How to make spinach strawberry salad:

In a mixer or blender, mix first 4 ingredients, add oil slowly. Add poppy seeds.Salad:1 lb. spinach, torn1 pint fresh strawberries1/2 c. pecan halves1 tsp. butter Brown pecans in butter, in oven or on stove. Tear spinach, cut strawberries in half. Toss all together with dressing just before serving.
