Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 3 oz
- flour - 4 Tbsp
- eggs, separated - 4 item
- melted butter - 6 Tbsp
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- sharp Cheddar cheese - 1/3 lb
- creamed cottage cheese - 1 lb
How to make spinach souffle:
Beat egg whites stiff. Mix all ingredients, except egg whites, then fold them in carefully. Bake in greased 9 x 13-inch casserole pan for 1 hour at 350°. Can be made the day before and refrigerated.
