Spinach souffle



  • pkg - 3 oz
  • flour - 4 Tbsp
  • eggs, separated - 4 item
  • melted butter - 6 Tbsp
  • medium onion, chopped - 1 item
  • sharp Cheddar cheese - 1/3 lb
  • creamed cottage cheese - 1 lb

How to make spinach souffle:

Beat egg whites stiff. Mix all ingredients, except egg whites, then fold them in carefully. Bake in greased 9 x 13-inch casserole pan for 1 hour at 350°. Can be made the day before and refrigerated. If you do this, take it out an hour before you want to bake it.
