  • boiled eggs, diced - 4 item
  • to 4 chopped green onions - 3 item
  • box frozen peas, thawed - 1 item
  • bag already washed spinach, torn in bite size pieces in bottom of bowl - 1 item
  • bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled over top of onions - 1 lb

How to make spinach salad:

Top with mayonnaise, not too thick, and grated Jack cheese to top and chill.
