  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • oil - 1 c
  • dry mustard - 1 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • celery seed - 1 tsp
  • white vinegar - 1/3 c
  • Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix - 1/4 pkg
  • red onion, sliced - 1 item
  • Dressing:1 small onion
  • to 8 slices crumbled bacon - 6 item
  • finely chopped hard-cooked eggs - 3 item

How to make spinach salad:

Dressing:1 small onion1/3 c. sugar1 c. oil1/3 c. white vinegar1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. pepper1 Tbsp. dry mustard1 tsp. celery seed Layer into a bowl the spinach, red onion, hard-cooked eggs, crumbled bacon and Pepperidge Farm Herb stuffing mix.

Using a blender, blend all dressing ingredients together and chill.
