  • can water chestnuts, sliced - 1 item
  • bunches spinach, break up - 2 item
  • 303 can bean sprouts
  • to 4 hard-boiled eggs, cut up - 2 item
  • small/medium onion, grated - 1 item

How to make spinach salad:

Dressing:1 c. oil1/2 tsp. salt1 small/medium onion, grated3/4 c. catsup1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce1/4 c. brown sugar Make dressing ahead and chill. Pour dressing over ingredients.
